This MBS (Methyl Methacrylate-Butadiene-Styrene) Impact Modifier is a high-performance core-shell structured additive, specially engineered for rigid transparent and semi-transparent PVC applications. With a precisely designed multi-layer copolymer structure, it delivers a perfect balance of excellent low-temperature impact resistance, high optical clarity and stable processing performance, without compromising the inherent mechanical properties of base PVC resin.

Suggested Dosage

For transparent PVC film and sheet applications, the recommended addition level is 5-8 phr. For non-transparent rigid PVC products, the suggested dosage is 4-8 phr. Customers are recommended to conduct lab formulation tests on their own production lines to confirm the optimal loading level based on specific impact and clarity requirements.
