The molecular weight of calcium carbide PVC resin is lower than ethylene PVC resin, and its molecular weight distribution is wider than that of ethylene PVC resin. The plasticization performance of calcium carbide method PVC dry mix is better than that of ethylene method PVC dry mix. Calcium carbide resin is mainly used for basic building materials such as PVC pipes
The raw materials for the production of ethylene based PVC are ethylene, chlorine gas, etc. The cost of ethylene accounts for about 65% of the cost of ethylene based PVC. Therefore, the cost of ethylene based PVC production mainly depends on the price of crude oil. It is generally believed that ethylene based resin is superior to calcium carbide based resin. Ethylene based resin is mainly used for high-end PVC plastic products
After mixing PVC paste resin with plasticizer, it is stirred to form a stable suspension, which is called PVC paste or PVC sol. It is widely used in the production of artificial leather, enamel toys, soft trademarks, wallpaper, paint coatings, foam plastics, etc.
Metal stearate, metal soap, it is synthesised by stearic acid and metal salt, it mainly used as lubricants, mould release agents, dispersion of vulcanising agent. emulsifying agents, widely used on plastics, rubber, paints, coating, ink, petroleum, paper and so on.
Mainly including tribasic lead sulfate, dibasic lead phosphite, dibasic lead stearate, the other is complex PVC stabilizer, based on differentproducts, including used on PVC pipe, sheet, profile, window, foaming board, wire or cable, fittings and shoes...
Internal external lubricants, mainly used on all kinds plastics, including two kinds, one is internal lubricant, the other is Plastic external lubricant. Internal lubrication improve plasticizing, external lubrication reduce friction between the material and the mold. Internal lubricants usually in...
Processing aid, including ACR401, Lubricant acrylic processing aid and foaming control agent, also including yellow foaming agent and white foaming agent, mainly used on profile and foaming plastics...
Functional fillers are performance-oriented additives for PVC and polymer systems, different from ordinary cost-only bulk fillers. Besides basic filling, they effectively improve product rigidity, thermal stability, dimensional accuracy and processing properties.
