WSD CHEMICAL’s full series of PVC heat stabilizers are specially formulated additives designed to prevent polyvinyl chloride from thermal degradation during high-temperature processing and long-term service. As PVC inherently starts to release hydrogen chloride and cause discoloration once the temperature exceeds 110°C, our stabilizer systems effectively trap free HCl, replace unstable chlorine atoms and suppress auto-oxidation, keeping the material’s mechanical strength, color consistency and processing performance stable even under 180°C+ extrusion and shearing conditions.
Our main product portfolio covers four core categories: lead-based composite stabilizers for cost-efficient long-term stability in rigid construction products, calcium-zinc non-toxic stabilizers for food contact, drinking water pipes and children’s toys, methyl tin stabilizers for high-transparency rigid sheets and clear fittings, and rare-earth composite stabilizers with excellent weather resistance for outdoor window profiles. Each series comes with multiple customized grades to match different processing technologies, including twin-screw extrusion, injection molding and calendering.
These stabilizers are widely used in PVC drainage pipes, electrical conduit, door and window profiles, low-voltage cable insulation, foamed boards, vinyl flooring and medical-grade PVC components. Our formulations can be easily adjusted to meet regional regulatory standards such as RoHS, REACH and food contact certifications, helping manufacturers reduce melt viscosity, raise extrusion speed, minimize die buildup and extend final product service life for over 50 years in typical construction scenarios.
