WSD CHEMICAL’s chemical foaming agents are high-purity thermal decomposition type additives specially designed for plastic and rubber foam manufacturing, which release controlled volumes of inert gas under specific temperature conditions to create uniform, fine and closed-cell structures inside polymer matrix. Unlike physical foaming methods that rely on high-pressure gas injection, our chemical foaming agents feature stable decomposition temperature, predictable gas yield and easy operation on standard processing equipment, making them highly compatible with most PVC, PE, PP, EVA and rubber processing lines.
Our main product series cover three core categories to match different processing requirements: ADC (Azodicarbonamide) series, the most widely used general-purpose grade with decomposition temperature ranging from 190°C to 220°C and gas yield above 220ml/g, suitable for PVC foam sheets, WPC profiles, shoe soles and insulation materials; NC blowing agents with lower decomposition temperature around 130-180°C, which release CO₂ and water vapor slowly, ideal for thin sheets, low-density soft foam and food contact friendly products; and microsphere encapsulated foaming agents with pre-expanded thermoplastic shells, delivering ultra-fine, consistent cell structure for high-precision low-density foamed parts without causing polymer degradation.
These foaming agents are widely applied in PVC foam boards, artificial leather, insulation layers, gaskets, shoe materials, automotive interior parts, lightweight packaging and shock-absorbing components. Our technical team can adjust decomposition temperature, gas release rate and particle size distribution according to your specific formulation and processing conditions, helping you obtain low density, regular cell structure and smooth finished surface. All products are sealed in 25kg moisture-proof bags or drums, stored in cool, shaded and ventilated warehouses away from high heat and open flame, with a 12-month shelf life.
