All our support is designed to help you launch stable, high-surface-quality PVC wall panel and ceiling board products rapidly with minimized trial-and-error costs.
PVC wall panel and PVC ceiling board are lightweight, moisture-proof, termite-resistant and easy-to-install decorative profiles widely used in interior walls, suspended ceilings, kitchen and bathroom renovation, office partition systems and prefab building projects. They feature consistent surface smoothness, excellent printability for lamination or hot stamping, and long-term color retention performance. The mainstream product range covers solid PVC wall panel, hollow ceiling board, integrated grooved panel, fire-retardant grade wall panel and waterproof bathroom ceiling series, all of which are mature application scenarios WSD CHEMICAL has deeply served for global profile manufacturers.
WSD CHEMICAL provides classified, scenario-tailored raw material and auxiliary matching solutions, customized to align with your specific product positioning, existing production equipment conditions and cost budget targets:
Heat Stabilizer Series:
Solid powder Ca/Zn PVC stabilizer, lead based PVC stabilizer. They are respectively matched for low-odor interior panels, high-gloss transparent surface panels and standard cost-effective construction boards, to fully meet different thermal stability requirements for long continuous extrusion runs.
Foam & Processing Additive Series:
WSD CHEMICAL’s AC blowing agent AC-3000,ACR foaming regulator WSD-90, Acrylic processing aid ACR-401, stearic acid, PE WAX. This combination effectively raises melt strength, ensures uniform and fine cell structure, prevents foam collapse or surface sagging, and significantly improves panel surface smoothness.
Performance Modifier Series:
CPE 135A impact modifier, which effectively enhances the finished panel’s impact resistance and reduces edge chipping during subsequent cutting and installation.
Pigment & Functional Additive Series:
Titanium dioxide rutile THR-6666, ultramarine blue, optical brightener OB-1, They support custom white tone, color matching and anti-UV formulation adjustment, to improve the weather resistance of outdoor wall panels.
WSD CHEMICAL provides 2 sets of the most widely applied, highly stable formulas for your reference:
K value 65-67 PVC resin: 100kg
Ca/Zn stabilizer(Lead based PVC stabilizer: 3.8-4.5kg
CPE 135A: 4kg
WSD CHEMICAL foaming regulator WSD-90: 4-6kg
AC BLOWING AGENT :1.0-1.25KG
Stearic acid: 0.4kg
PE wax: 0.2kg
Calcium carbonate: 40-60kg
Titanium dioxide rutile: 2.5kg
K value 66-68PVC resin: 100kg
Ca/Zn stabilizer(lead based PVC stabilizer): 3.2-3.8kg
CPE 135A: 3kg
Stearic acid: 0.3kg
PE wax or Parafin wax: 0.3kg
Calcium powder: 50-70kg

Both formulas have been fully verified in WSD CHEMICAL’s long-term on-site service cases to ensure stable low-density foaming and consistent surface performance.
WSD CHEMICAL sorts out clear, actionable operation specifications for core production nodes to help you standardize your production line and reduce random defective products:
High-speed mixing process: Set the final mixing temperature to 120-130℃, control total mixing time at 8-12 minutes. Cool the mixed material to below 40-45℃ after discharging, and finish using the compound within 48h to avoid moisture absorption that causes surface bubbles.
Twin-screw extrusion process: Set the barrel temperature gradient to 155℃-175℃, control the die temperature at 170-180℃. Keep screw speed and haul-off speed well synchronized, to ensure consistent panel thickness and avoid uneven foaming along the profile.
Calibration & cooling process: Control the sizing vacuum degree at -0.06~-0.08MPa, keep circulating cooling water temperature between 18-28℃, to guarantee flatness, accurate dimension and no warpage after panel forming.
WSD CHEMICAL collects 4 most frequent pain points that trouble PVC wall panel and ceiling board manufacturers on the production line, and provides direct, implementable solutions to help you solve emergency issues rapidly:
Q: Foam collapse and large voids appear inside the panel?
A: First check if the addition amount of foaming regulator is insufficient, then verify whether the extrusion temperature in the melting zone is too high, and adjust the foaming agent proportion to balance gas release and melt strength.
Q: Panel surface loses gloss and shows orange peel texture?
A: Appropriately increase the dosage of WSD CHEMICAL processing aid, reduce excessive stearic acid addition, and raise the die temperature slightly to improve melt surface spreadability.
Q: Finished panel is easy to warp after cooling?
A: Check if the calcium carbonate filling ratio is too high and causes uneven shrinkage, or adjust the cooling water temperature gradient to make both sides of the panel cool down more evenly.
Q: Cutting edge shows obvious chipping and powder dropping?
A: Appropriately increase the CPE impact modifier dosage, ensure full plasticization of the material in the extruder, and avoid incomplete melting caused by too low processing temperature.
If you have special customized requirements for PVC wall panel and ceiling board production, or encounter difficult technical problems that cannot be solved on your production line, our technical team with over 20 years of dedicated PVC profile production service experience at WSD CHEMICAL can provide one-to-one targeted guidance, covering formula debugging, foaming density optimization, surface effect adjustment and personalized raw material matching.
