Solar ultraviolet radiation in the 280-400nm wavelength range carries sufficient energy to break polymer molecular chains, triggering photo-oxidation reactions that lead to yellowing, surface chalking, cracking and rapid loss of mechanical strength, which drastically shortens the service life of plastic products. Our combined UV protection system forms a multi-layer defensive barrier to effectively block and neutralize UV damage.

Our product portfolio covers two core technical categories with multiple mature grades: UV absorbers, including benzophenone type UV-531, benzotriazole type UV-P, UV-326, UV-327 and high-performance triazine grades, which can selectively absorb harmful UV photons and convert them into harmless low-energy heat, while maintaining excellent transparency and not affecting product appearance. Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers (HALS), such as polymerized UV-3346 and low-molecular-weight grades, do not absorb UV light directly, but continuously capture and neutralize photo-generated free radicals through a regenerative cycle mechanism, effectively suppressing the spread of oxidative degradation inside the material. When UV absorbers and HALS are used together, they deliver strong synergistic effects that far exceed the performance of using a single component alone.

These products are widely used in PVC window profiles, outdoor pipes, agricultural films, automotive exterior parts, artificial turf, outdoor furniture, coatings and synthetic fibers. Our formulations can extend the outdoor service life of finished products by 3 to 10 times, helping manufacturers meet strict weather-resistance standards.
