    Liquid Barium-Zinc Stabilizer is an environmentally friendly polyvinyl chloride (PVC) processing aid that provides thermal stability through the synergistic action of barium-zinc complexes, replacing traditional lead-based/organotin stabilizers. Its core advantages include:


    High stability: inhibits initial PVC coloration, improves long-term thermal and light stability, and reduces process precipitation.


    Multifunctionality: both lubrication, good compatibility with PVC, suitable for transparent/colored products.



  • Key specifications and technical parameters 📏


    ⚙️Basic Properties:


    Appearance: light yellow to light yellow transparent or translucent liquid.


    Main components: barium salt of organic acid, zinc salt of organic acid, synergist, solvent/carrier.


    Metal ratio: barium (Ba) and zinc (Zn) compounded in a specific optimized ratio

  • 🧪Performance Characteristics:


    Thermal stability: Provides excellent long-term dynamic and static thermal stability with good initial color inhibition.


    Transparency: Highly transparent products can be produced with good resistance to hydration and whitening.


    Compatibility: good compatibility with PVC resin, easy to be dispersed evenly in the system.


    Lubricity: both internal lubricant function, help to improve the processing fluidity of PVC melt.


    Antiprecipitation: It shows low pressure precipitation and low tendency of spraying frost.


    Light stability: good light stability (some specific grades have better performance).


    Sulfur staining resistance: Some specific grades have excellent sulfide pollution resistance, which can effectively prevent products from turning black when encountering sulfur.

    PVC Waterproofing Membrane for Roofs/Tunnels (UV-resistant, does not crack at low temperatures of -20°C)


    *Note: Must comply with industrial building material heavy metal leaching standards (e.g., GB 18586 barium leaching ≤10mg/m²)




    Decorative and advertising materials


    Indoor and outdoor advertising display boards (high transparency, haze <5%)


    Furniture surface decorative film (cabinet/table top PVC coating, scratch-resistant)


    Note: Outdoor use requires the addition of light stabilizers (HALS + UV absorbers)




    Industrial consumables


    Conveyor belt surface layer (dynamic wear resistance >500,000 cycles, resistant to mineral oil)


    Industrial hoses (non-potable water ventilation/water supply hoses, pressure resistance > 0.6 MPa)




    Automotive components 🚗


    Window seals, door frame gaskets (long-term heat resistance up to 80°C without yellowing)


    Semi-rigid ceiling film (no surface migration, gloss > 90 GU)


    Note: Must pass VDA 270 odor test (grade ≤3) and ELV directive barium content limit

    Plastic floor surface coating (good flowability, Shore A hardness 60–90)

    Requirements: Add β-diketone additives (e.g., TTA-25) to enhance thermal stability, operating temperature ≤105°C

    Requirements: Formulate formaldehyde-removing agents (e.g., oxime compounds) to control VOC emissions (aldehyde content <5 μg/m³)




  • 📦Packaging and storage


     Packing: HDPE plastic drum/anti-corrosive iron drum (light-proof design).


    Capacity: 200kg (industrial packing).



    Storage Requirements


    Environment: cool and dry (≤30℃, humidity ≤70%), away from acid and alkali!


    Sealing: seal immediately after opening, prevent moisture absorption and oxidation!


    Shelf life: 12 months unopened, used up within 6 months after opening.
