    Liquid calcium-zinc stabilizer is a highly efficient, environmentally friendly thermal stabilizer based on the synergistic action of calcium (Ca) and zinc (Zn), specifically designed for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) processing.


     It completely replaces traditional toxic stabilizers such as lead and cadmium, offering exceptional long-term thermal stability and weather resistance. 


    It is suitable for PVC products with strict requirements for environmental friendliness, transparency, and low migration, and complies with international environmental regulations such as the EU REACH and RoHS, meeting food contact and medical-grade standards.

    Appearance: Light yellow to amber transparent homogeneous liquid


    Metal content: Calcium (Ca) 1.5%–3.5%, Zinc (Zn) 0.8%–2.5%



    Physical properties:


    Density (25°C): 1.05–1.15 g/cm³


    Viscosity (25°C): 200–800 mPa·s


    Flash point: ≥ 120°C (closed cup method)


    Carrier solvent: Environmentally friendly mineral oil/ester composite system


    pH value: 6.5–8.0 (10% aqueous solution)

    Store in a cool, dry environment away from light and sealed. 


    Temperature Range: 10–30°C (strictly avoid freezing or environments exceeding 40°C). 




    Shelf Life: 


    24 months (from the date of manufacture; it is recommended to use within 6 months after opening).
