PVC External Lubricant G70 is a highly efficient external lubricant specifically designed for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) processing, based on pentaerythritol hexanedioate, stearate, or high-molecular-weight multifunctional fatty acid esters (such as composite esters).
It appears as white or light yellow flakes or powder, odorless, with high chemical stability, insoluble in water, and soluble in tri-n-butyl phosphate (TBP) and chloroform.
G70 forms a lubricating layer between the PVC melt and processing equipment, significantly reducing friction, improving demolding performance, enhancing flowability, and enhancing product surface gloss, particularly suitable for transparent PVC products, and exhibits excellent compatibility with metal salt stabilizers.
Its low volatility and high flash point ensure processing stability, extend equipment lifespan, and maintain product transparency and aesthetic appeal.

PVC External Lubricant G70 is widely used in the following PVC processing fields:
PVC Rigid Film Processing: Used in the production of transparent rigid PVC films, it improves demolding performance, reduces adhesion, enhances flowability, and ensures a smooth surface and high transparency of the film.
PVC Granule Processing: Suitable for both soft and rigid PVC granule processing, it reduces balancing torque, enhances surface gloss, and improves processing performance.
PVC calendered film processing: In calendered processes, it reduces adhesion between PVC melt and equipment, improves flowability, and is particularly suitable for transparent film production.
PVC sheets and profiles: Used in transparent sheets, window profiles, and other rigid PVC products to enhance surface gloss, improve demolding, and maintain transparency.
PVC foam boards: Improves melt plasticization performance, enhances impact strength and surface quality, and is suitable for foam board production.
PVC pipes: Promotes smooth extrusion, improves pipe surface finish, and enhances processing efficiency.
Recommended dosage: 0.3–0.7% for transparent products, 0.3–0.8% for opaque products; may be appropriately increased under special circumstances.

Storage Conditions:
Store in a cool, dry warehouse away from direct sunlight.

Keep away from heat sources, strong oxidants, and strong acid environments.
Shelf Life:
24 months in original, unopened packaging.
Once opened, reseal and use within 6 months to prevent moisture absorption and caking.
