Chemical composition: Lead dibasic phosphite (PbO content approximately 85–90%, HPO₃ content approximately 10–15%)

Appearance: White or slightly yellowish fine powder

    Lead content (PbO): 88±2%

    Moisture content: ≤0.5%

Particle size: 99% passes through a 325-mesh sieve (approximately 44 microns)

    Density: Approximately 6.1 g/cm³

Thermal Stability: Excellent, suitable for high-temperature processing (180-200°C)

Solubility: Insoluble in water, slightly soluble in acid

Packaging Specifications: 25 kg/bag, 1 ton/pallet, or customizable upon request

  • ⚙️ Main Application Areas

Lead dibasic phosphite is primarily used in the following areas:

PVC rigid products: Such as PVC pipes, profiles, and sheets, used in construction, piping systems, etc., providing excellent thermal stability and weather resistance.

PVC flexible products: Such as cable insulation layers and wire sheaths, enhancing the material's resistance to aging and electrical insulation properties.

PVC films and sheets: Used in packaging, agricultural cover films, etc., to improve UV resistance.

Other polymers: Used as an auxiliary stabilizer in certain special formulations to improve processing performance.

This product significantly extends the service life of PVC products, reduces the risk of degradation during processing, and is particularly suitable for products that require long-term exposure to outdoor environments.

  • 📦 Packaging and Storage

Packaging: Typically packaged in 25kg moisture-proof composite paper bags or plastic woven bags lined with PE film to ensure moisture and dust resistance. Ton bags or custom packaging can also be provided upon request.

    Storage Conditions:

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse away from heat and fire sources.

Avoid contact with acidic substances to prevent chemical reactions.

Recommended storage temperature below 30°C and humidity below 70%.

    Shelf Life:

Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life is typically 2 years.
