  • 📝Product Description


    AIM (Acrylic Impact Modifier) is an additive specifically designed for polyvinyl chloride (PVC), aimed at significantly enhancing the impact strength, weather resistance, and processability of PVC products.


    AIM features a core-shell structure, where the core consists of a moderately crosslinked acrylic copolymer, while the shell is formed through graft copolymerization with methacrylate. This structure not only enhances PVC's toughness and impact resistance but also improves surface gloss, making it particularly suitable for products requiring long-term outdoor use.


    AIM offers excellent processing properties, is suitable for high-speed extrusion, and possesses good thermal and light stability. It is widely used in various rigid PVC products.

  • 📦Packaging & Storage

    Packaging:

    Standard packaging:  25kg/bag using polypropylene (PP) bags lined with polyethylene (PE) film for moisture resistance and sealing.


    Storage:  Storage Environment: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperatures.

    Storage Conditions:  Keep away from fire sources, heat sources, and humid environments; prevent dust accumulation.

    Shelf Life:  Typically two years. After expiration, use only if passed inspection.

    Transportation: Protect from moisture and sunlight during transport; prevent packaging damage to ensure product performance remains unaffected.
