WSD CHEMICAL’s full range of PVC plasticizers are high-purity ester-based additives tailored to increase polymer flexibility, reduce melt viscosity and improve processing efficiency across all soft and semi-rigid PVC applications. By weakening the intermolecular Van der Waals forces between PVC molecular chains, these products effectively lower the material’s glass transition temperature, brittleness point and processing torque, while boosting elongation at break, low-temperature impact performance and overall flexibility.
Our main product lineup covers general-purpose and specialty grades: DOP, DBP and chlorinated paraffin 52 for cost-effective mass production; ESBO as an epoxy-type co-stabilizing plasticizer that further enhances long-term thermal stability; DOA and DOS for outstanding low-temperature resistance in outdoor and cold-region products; TOTM for high-heat resistant cable and automotive parts; and polyester permanent plasticizers with ultra-low migration performance for food contact gaskets, waterproof membranes and long-life sealing strips. Every grade is strictly controlled for moisture, color and purity to ensure batch-to-batch consistency.
These plasticizers are widely adopted in PVC films, artificial leather, wall coverings, wire and cable insulation, hoses, sealing gaskets, vinyl flooring and toy manufacturing. They can be used alone or compounded according to specific formulation requirements to balance cost, volatility, extract resistance and low-temperature performance.
