1. Product Introduction

WSD PA-20T is a universal transparent grade acrylic processing aid developed with reference to classic PA-20, P551-A and ZB-20 performance standards. Adopting advanced core-shell polymerization technology and strictly controlled narrow molecular weight distribution, this product provides excellent plasticization promotion and melt modification performance, while its refractive index is highly matched with PVC resin. It almost does not affect the light transmittance of transparent products, and can effectively solve common production problems such as insufficient transparency, poor fluidity, flow marks and crystal points in high-end transparent PVC processing.

5. Recommended Usage

Standard addition dosage: 1.0–2.0 phr (per 100 parts of PVC resin)

Suggested to add together with PVC resin and stabilizers in the early stage of high-speed mixing to give full play to plasticization promotion effect

It can be used in combination with WSD CHEMICAL G60 internal lubricant, G-70 external lubricant, WSD-6 oxidized wax and transparent stabilizer system to achieve optimal processing performance
