S-1000 PVC Resin is a high-quality general-purpose suspension-process polyvinyl chloride resin,for its stable molecular weight distribution and excellent processing adaptability. With a polymerization degree of about 1000 and a K value of 66-68. It can be perfectly compatible with various common PVC additives including stabilizers, plasticizers, processing aids and fillers, and is a cost-effective base material for producing rigid and semi-rigid PVC products.

Balanced Mechanical Properties
WSD CHEMICAL S-1000 PVC Resin provides ideal tensile strength and impact toughness after proper plasticization. The hardness of finished products is adjustable in a wide range, which can meet the performance requirements of different rigid and semi-rigid products, avoiding the brittleness problem caused by too low polymerization degree.
Excellent Processing Stability
The product has moderate thermal gelation temperature, which can form a stable processing window with calcium zinc stabilizers, lead salt stabilizers and other WSD CHEMICAL PVC stabilizer systems. It effectively reduces the risk of melt scorching and material decomposition during high-speed extrusion and injection molding, and ensures continuous and stable operation of the production line.
Good Additive Compatibility
Its uniform particle structure enables the resin to fully absorb and mix with various additives such as DOP, CPE, MBS, titanium dioxide and fillers in the high-speed mixing unit, which significantly improves the mixing uniformity of the dry blend and avoids the performance fluctuation of finished products caused by uneven dispersion.
PVC Pipe Industry: The preferred base material for producing water supply pipes, drainage pipes, wire threading pipes and corresponding pipe , ensuring good dimensional stability and internal pressure resistance of finished pipes

Cable & Wire Industry: Used for producing semi-rigid PVC cable insulation layers, balancing insulation performance and processing efficiency
