Core Advantages
1.Zero Color Shift in Alkaline Systems
It maintains perfect color stability in high-alkaline formulations such as lime coatings, cement decorative materials and alkaline PVC compounds, eliminating the common fading and discoloration issues that trouble many generic blue pigments.
2.Low Migration & High Bleeding Resistance
This pigment will not bleed or migrate in plastic, rubber and coating systems, ensuring the finished products retain uniform, long-lasting blue shades even under long-term friction, heating or outdoor exposure conditions.
3.Excellent Dispersion for High-Efficiency Production
Controlled narrow particle size distribution allows the pigment to disperse quickly and evenly in polymer melts and coating media, reducing mixing time, lowering equipment load, and helping you avoid uneven color spots on final parts.
4.Batch Consistency for Continuous Production
Every production batch is strictly compared against the master color standard, with ΔE controlled below 1.0, so your long-term mass production will not face unexpected color variation that causes waste of raw materials.
Application Scenarios
1.PVC profiles, PVC wire & cable compounds, PVC footwear materials, PVC masterbatch
2.Water-based and solvent-based industrial coatings, architectural decorative paints
3.Offset inks, packaging printing inks and textile printing paste
4.Rubber products, latex articles and construction material coloring
5.Ceramic glaze, art paints, stationery and daily cosmetic coloring
Usage Instructions
Pre-mix the ultramarine blue powder with a small portion of your base resin or coating binder first, to form a concentrated color paste before full-scale mixing.
Use high-speed dispersion equipment or a three-roll mill to process the color paste, to achieve the finest possible particle distribution and the most saturated color performance.
Always conduct a small pre-production test under your exact formulation and processing conditions, to confirm the final shade matches your requirement before large batch operation.
Avoid direct long-term contact with strong acidic materials, which may affect the pigment's color performance.
