NC Blowing Agent is a high-performance endothermic white foaming agent specially developed for rigid PVC and other polymer foaming systems. Unlike traditional exothermic blowing agents, this product absorbs heat during decomposition, effectively balancing internal heat in thick-walled products and preventing local overheating degradation.

Standard addition dosage: 0.3–2.0 phr, adjust according to product density and process requirements
When used with AC blowing agent, it is recommended that the ratio of NC blowing agent to AC blowing agent be adjusted according to product thickness and equipment temperature curve
Suggested to add together with resin, stabilizer and other additives in the high-speed mixing stage, fully mixed evenly
For thick-walled foam products over 10mm, appropriately increasing the proportion of NC endothermic foaming agent can significantly improve product quality and production stability

Store in cool, dry and ventilated indoor warehouse, avoid direct sunlight
The shelf life under recommended storage conditions is 24 months
