WSD CHEMICAL P440 is a medium-viscosity micro-suspension PVC paste homopolymer resin, specially optimized for high-speed coating and high-fluidity processing scenarios. With a K value of 75, this product features narrow molecular weight distribution, excellent plasticizer absorption performance and low initial paste viscosity. It can be quickly mixed with common plasticizers such as DOP, DINP and DOA to form a uniform and stable paste system, effectively reducing the difficulty of paste preparation and meeting the production requirements of large-volume continuous processing lines.

Ultra-low Initial Paste Viscosity
WSD CHEMICAL P440 shows excellent fluidity after being mixed with plasticizers, no need for long-time high-speed stirring and grinding.It is especially suitable for large-capacity automatic batching systems.
Good Leveling & Defect Resistance
During high-speed scraping coating and roller coating processes, the paste made from P440 can quickly level on the base fabric surface, effectively eliminating common process defects such as coating streaks, orange peel and uneven thickness, and greatly improving the yield of continuous production.
Excellent Foaming Process Adaptability
This product has a moderate gelation temperature, which forms a perfect matching curve with the decomposition temperature of commonly used foaming agents.
