PVC Paste Resin P450 is a high-performance micro-suspension homopolymer resin specially developed for paste processing scenarios, with WSD Chemical's strict quality control system ensuring consistent batch stability. It features narrow molecular weight distribution and uniform primary particle size (0.1–0.3μm), which can quickly form a stable 3D network structure after being mixed with common plasticizers such as DOP, presenting excellent thixotropy and smooth fluidity without extra thixotropic additives.

Stable Rheology for Foaming Process
The paste shows gentle viscosity drop at the initial heating stage, giving foaming agent sufficient time to disperse and nucleate. When the temperature rises to around 160℃, it melts and crosslinks rapidly, locking the bubble morphology effectively to avoid collapse or bubble merging.
Excellent Compatibility & Low Defect Rate
It has great compatibility with common fillers, pigments and stabilizers in the market. The prepared paste is smooth and non-sticky to the wall, showing a mirror-like flat surface after scraping, almost no particle visible before entering the oven.

Produced in closed stainless steel reaction kettles and fully enclosed pipeline systems, it effectively reduces the risk of impurity introduction. Recommended Usage & Dosage by Application
Wallpaper & Wall Covering
Mix P450 with DOP at the ratio of 100:60–70, add 3–5 phr calcium zinc stabilizer and appropriate foaming agent. Stir at low speed for 8–10 minutes to avoid excessive air entrainment, then let the paste stand for 15 minutes for defoaming before spread coating. The processing temperature is controlled at 180–200℃, which can obtain uniform and fine foaming layer.
Artificial Leather
The standard formulation ratio is P450 100 phr, DOP 70–90 phr, filler 20–40 phr. Use a high-speed disperser to mix for 12–15 minutes, then filter the paste through 80-mesh screen. The paste can be directly used for knife coating on base fabric, with the gelling temperature set at 170–190℃.
Slush Molding Toys
Mix P450 with DOP at 100:80–100, add non-toxic calcium zinc stabilizer and color paste. Stir slowly to prevent bubbles, then pour the well-defoamed paste into the heated mold at 200–220℃. The product can be demolded after 2–3 minutes of gelling.
Dipping Products (Gloves, Hardware Coatings)
Adjust the paste viscosity to 3500–4500 mPa·s by controlling the plasticizer ratio. Preheat the mold to 60–80℃ before dipping, then send it to the 180℃ oven for curing after taking out. The final product has uniform thickness and no sagging.

Package: 20kg moisture-proof kraft paper bag with inner PE liner
Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, keep the ambient temperature below 25℃ and relative humidity below 60%.
Keep away from direct sunlight, high heat sources and chemical pollutants (such as strong acids, alkalis and oxidants).
After opening the package, please seal the remaining powder tightly to avoid moisture absorption, and use it up within 3 months.
Shelf life: 12 months from the production date.
