1. Artificial Leather (Non-Foaming & Micro-Foaming)

P-440 is extensively used in PVC artificial leather production for automotive upholstery, furniture, footwear, bags, and garment fabrics. Its medium molecular weight provides superior tensile strength and flex-crack resistance compared to lower-K-value paste resins, while maintaining excellent coating uniformity and embossing definition — particularly important for micro-foaming structures used in premium synthetic leather.

2. Dipped & Slush-Molded Goods

P-440 plastisols excel in dip-molding and slush-molding processes for PVC gloves, toys, bottle caps, and automotive interior skins. The resin's balanced viscosity and good air-release properties produce smooth, pin-hole-free surfaces with consistent wall thickness — essential for medical-grade and industrial protective gloves.
